Asphalt Maintenance
Over extended amounts of time, asphalt tends to deteriorate depending on the amount of vehicle traffic. This can cause cracking of the surface allowing water to penetrate the road base which can lead to pot holes and erosion issues. We can perform asphalt sealcoating, crack sealing, pot hole repair, overlay, or complete asphalt milling and repaving services depending upon evaluation.
Bollards
Bollards are used to help protect assets against potential vehicular damage. We install bollards of desired size dimension requirements into asphalt, concrete, and ground surfaces. Bollards are typically used to protect against vehicle exit gate access, call boxes, ATMs, mail stations, etc. We have high visibility bollard design options, removable options, and even decorative options available.
Concrete Grinding
Unlevel sidewalk panels are a serious safety concern for pedestrians that must be dealt with immediately to avoid a fall. We resolve this issue by using a dustless concrete scarifier to grind down the sidewalk edges to form a safe, slightly elevated "ramp". This is found to be the most cost-effective way to resolve this issue when compared to completely replacing the unlevel sidewalk panel.

Concrete Sealcoating
Concrete is very porous and, therefore, holds water similar to that of a sponge. This is the leading cause of mold and algae build up on concrete surfaces such as sidewalks, curbing, roof tiles, etc. This can be prevented by sealing the pores of concrete. Sealing your concrete does not enhance the natural coloring concrete like paver sealing. Instead, it preserves the dry state of the concrete.

Pressure Washing
We operate the most advanced commercial pressure washing equipment in the industry. We have the resources to handle any job of any size, using 200°F water at nine gallons per minute using our own independent water supply. We utilize hot water in addition to post-treating all of our cleaned surfaces with a diluted chlorine chemical in order to prolong our cleaned surfaces.

Stone & Paver Sealcoating
We use a two-part water-based pure urethane sealer that penetrates the pavers to provide a long lasting protective barrier with superior joint stabilization. Our sealing process is environmentally safe, wears evenly, and lasts longer than solvent-based sealers. Sealing also brings the color back out of weathered pavers and also keeps them safe from harmful elements.

Wet Sandblasting
Our sandblasting is a mixture of sand and extremely high pressurized water that is directed at a object in order to remove all contaminants from the surface of the object such as paint and rust. By using water instead of air, we achieve a "dustless" blast which is beneficial in areas that are contained, such as warehouses or any other type of surface that cannot be easily moved to an outside area.
